General Lawn Maintenance
Weekly/Bi-Weekey Mowing Services
Mowing helps to maintain a healthy lawn by preventing the grass from becoming too tall, which can lead to thatch buildup and pest problems.
Removing or mulching grass clippings. Clippings are either collected and disposed of or spread across the lawn to decompose, returning nutrients to the soil.
Edging & Trimming
Edging helps Define the borders between the lawn and garden beds, walkways, driveways, or other hardscape features.
Trimming consist of cutting back any grass or weeds that grow in areas that a mower cannot reach, such as around trees, fences, and garden beds. This ensures that all parts of the lawn are neatly maintained and free of overgrown grass.
Seasonal Services
Spring Clean-up
Clearing away leaves, twigs, and other debris that have accumulated over the winter.
Remove any thatch or dead grass to promote healthy growth.
Cut back any dead or damaged branches from trees and shrubs.
Prep soil by aerating the soil and applying fertilizer to encourage strong growth.
Fall Clean-Up
Collecting and disposing of fallen leaves to prevent them from smothering the grass and plants.
Clearing away any remaining garden debris and plant material.
Applying mulch to garden beds to protect plants from winter temperatures and reduce weed growth.
Plants: Preparing plants and garden beds for the winter by cutting back perennials and covering sensitive plants.
Dingo Work
Excavation: Removing soil and debris for landscaping, foundation preparation, or site grading. This includes digging holes for planting trees, installing posts, or preparing footings.
Grading: Leveling and smoothing surfaces to prepare sites for construction, paving, or planting. The Dingo’s grading attachment or bucket can be used to create a flat, even surface.
Clearing: Removing debris, rocks, and vegetation from a site to prepare for new construction or landscaping. This often involves using the grapple or bucket attachments.
Tree and Shrub Planting: Digging holes for planting trees and shrubs, including breaking up compacted soil to ensure healthy root growth.
Ivy Removal: Ivy can quickly overtake landscapes, causing damage to structures and competing with desirable plants. Using a Dingo mini-loader for this task combines efficiency with precision, especially in areas where traditional manual methods are impractical.
Lawn Renovation
Assessment and Planning
Site Evaluation: A thorough assessment of the existing lawn condition, including grass type, soil quality, drainage issues, and problem areas (e.g., bare spots, weeds).
Custom Plan Development: Creating a tailored renovation plan based on the assessment, including specific treatments and actions required to improve the lawn.
Soil Preparation
Aeration - Aerator penetrates the soil to reduce compaction, improve airflow, water distribution, and nutrient penetration to the root zone.
Dethatching - Is the process of removing excess thatch (a layer of organic matter that can build up on the soil surface) to enhance nutrient and water absorption
Topdressing - Applying a thin layer of compost or quality topsoil to the lawn surface to improve soil structure, add nutrients, and promote seed germination.
Lawn Repair
Overseeding - Spreading grass seed over the existing lawn to improve density, fill in bare spots, and introduce new grass varieties
Reseeding - Replacing dead or damaged grass areas with new seed.
Fertilization and Soil Amendments
Fertilization - Applying a balanced fertilizer to provide essential nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) that support healthy grass growth and recovery.
Soil Amendments - Adding soil conditioners or organic matter, such as compost or lime, to address specific soil deficiencies and improve overall soil health.
Weed and Pest Control
Weed Control - Applying pre-emergent or post-emergent herbicides to manage weed growth and prevent competition with the grass.
Pest Management - Identifying and treating pest infestations (e.g., grubs, insects) that can damage the lawn. This may include applying insecticides or using integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.

Tree Pruning: Selective removal of branches to improve the tree’s structure, health, and appearance.
Shrub Trimming: Shaping and cutting shrubs to enhance their form and growth pattern, as well as to remove dead or diseased branches.
