Edging & Trimming

Grading: Leveling and smoothing surfaces to prepare sites for construction, paving, or planting. The Dingo’s grading attachment or bucket can be used to create a flat, even surface.

Clearing: Removing debris, rocks, and vegetation from a site to prepare for new construction or landscaping. This often involves using the grapple or bucket attachments.

Tree and Shrub Planting: Digging holes for planting trees and shrubs, including breaking up compacted soil to ensure healthy root growth.

Ivy Removal: Ivy can quickly overtake landscapes, causing damage to structures and competing with desirable plants. Using a Dingo mini-loader for this task combines efficiency with precision, especially in areas where traditional manual methods are impractical. 

Assessment and Planning

• Site Evaluation: A thorough assessment of the existing lawn condition, including grass type, soil quality, drainage issues, and problem areas (e.g., bare spots, weeds).

• Custom Plan Development: Creating a tailored renovation plan based on the assessment, including specific treatments and actions required to improve the lawn.

Soil Preparation

• Aeration - Aerator penetrates the soil to reduce compaction, improve airflow, water distribution, and nutrient penetration to the root zone. 

• Dethatching - Is the process of removing excess thatch (a layer of organic matter that can build up on the soil surface) to enhance nutrient and water absorption 

• Topdressing - Applying a thin layer of compost or quality topsoil to the lawn surface to improve soil structure, add nutrients, and promote seed germination. 

Lawn Repair

• Overseeding - Spreading grass seed over the existing lawn to improve density, fill in bare spots, and introduce new grass varieties 

• Reseeding - Replacing dead or damaged grass areas with new seed. 

Fertilization and Soil Amendments

• Fertilization - Applying a balanced fertilizer to provide essential nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) that support healthy grass growth and recovery. 

• Soil Amendments - Adding soil conditioners or organic matter, such as compost or lime, to address specific soil deficiencies and improve overall soil health.
